Individual Investor in Nagpur Looking to Invest in Technology Businesses Upto INR 1 crore

I have 20 years of entrepreneurship experience in developing cutting-edge software technology products, which can greatly assist software product companies. Product companies are very different from project companies. Both have very different mindset and approach to development. There are several dos and don'ts when developing a product. Ignoring any one of them invariably comes to haunt. I am a hands on business person who can still architect a large software product and even code in C++. I am looking for software companies that require data integration as part of their product / services so that I can do major value-added investing.

Investing in a Business

Looking for software product companies with a cloud model that are looking for growth or facing challenges in selling the product. Innovative / disruptive ideas facing challenges in technical architecture and business innovation are also welcome. It must be an entrepreneur / founder driven company with at least a prototype product that is in use by the customers in Beta phase or proven product in production environment. The co-founders must have fire in their belly. I am NOT looking for IT services companies. Only those companies that produce intellectual property shall be considered. Companies that need data integration for seamless integration with ERPs and Cloud systems over Internet as part of their product offering are most desired.
