Acquiring / Buying a Business, Investing in a Business

1. Proven cash flow: I prioritize businesses with at least 3 years of stable, verifiable revenue and clear Tax/VAT records.
2. Asset density: I look for businesses with "Hard assets" (inventory, equipment, vehicles) that can serve as collateral for financing.
3. High "administrative bloat": I specifically seek businesses with high manual overhead or repetitive customer service tasks. My strategy is to integrate my proprietary AI automation layer to reduce costs and increase margins on Day 1.4.
4. Established vendor contracts: Partnerships with major brands (e. g. , Digicel, Samsung, AMCO) are a high-priority signal of business stability. 5. Seller 5. Motivation: I look for owners who are retiring or seeking an exit, and who are open to creative financing structures like Vendor Take-Backs.

Businesses I dislike (Avoid): 1. New startups/ unproven ideas: I do not invest in "potential"—I buy existing cash flow.
2. High "key-man" dependency: I avoid businesses where the owner is the only one who knows how to do the work. If the business dies when the owner leaves, it’s a job, not an asset.
3. Fashion/trend-heavy retail: I prefer "Boring" businesses with consistent demand rather than those dependent on seasonal trends or fast-fashion cycles.
4. Heavy "physical-only" service: I avoid businesses that cannot be partially managed or audited remotely through digital systems.
