- Ideally with 5+ years of trading history, EBITDA above EUR 80,000, and a stable team of at least 3 employees.
- I prefer service, distribution, and B2B businesses with recurring revenue, long leases, and clean financials, especially retiring-owner successions where a 6-12 month handover is possible.
