I am an independent advisor based in Bengaluru, India, specializing in large-ticket property transactions. I work with clients to buy and sell income-generating assets such as hotels and rental-income malls. I assist in identifying suitable properties, evaluating rental yields, coordinating negotiations between buyers and sellers, and managing the overall transaction process.

I do not charge an upfront fee. I do charge a success fee of 1% post-deal closure.

Acquiring / Buying a Business

- My clients are interested in purchasing existing income-generating hotel properties on rent with a current rental yield of around 7.6% per year.
- Their target deal size is INR 50–100 crore for hotel assets, also work on rental-income malls and are open to all types of property sales and purchases, with a clear preference for stabilized, rent-yielding assets.
- They are also interested in acquiring a rental-income mall.
