Advising an Italian client seeking to buy a U. S. -based company doing flexible laminated packaging, primarily serving the pet food industry. Currently interested only in opportunities within the United States and not in deals outside the U. S. The target companies should be in the Northeast or eastern Canada, with annual revenues between $1M and $15M. They are specifically interested in businesses producing multi-layer stand-up bags for the pet food industry or supplements. The ideal acquisition would involve a retiring owner willing to transition the company with existing employees.
