2. The company must be at least three years old.
3. Emphasis on quality products and services.
4. Prioritising people over profits.
5. Strong ethics and a passion for doing the right thing.
6. Minimum earnings of $100,000 USD (Net Income or Cash Flow).
7. EBITDA margins of at least 10%.
8. The company must not have seen a decline in earnings of more than 10% in the last three years.
