Individual Investor in Luton Looking to Invest in Publishing Businesses Upto INR 2 lakh

I am an individual investor based in London with a background in software and retail, exploring opportunities in Indian local newspaper publishing despite having no prior experience in print media. I plan to invest about INR 2 lakhs, ideally by partnering with an existing newspaper business in or around Faridabad, India. My intention is to help such a business grow by launching and operating a news website to promote the newspaper and expand its digital presence. I am open minded about deal structures and partnerships, mainly seeking distressed or struggling print newspapers where my capital and effort can support a turnaround.
