With a focus on the biotechnology industry, I seek to invest preferably through a majority or buyout structure, aiming to be an active operator and directly manage the business. The investment will be funded through personal savings combined with debt, with a preference for acquiring a startup in the Nordic countries, mainly Sweden. Although I have no prior entrepreneurship or M&A experience, my objective is to acquire and run a biotech startup within the budget and close a deal within 3–4 months.
