I am seeking the full buyout of profitable businesses in Panama, with a preference for Panama City, but open to nationwide opportunities if manageable from the city. While construction material manufacturing is of interest, the mandate is broader, including operating profitable companies across various sectors, with advisory businesses also well-received. I am looking to invest personally with a budget of up to USD 500 thousand, valuing companies at approximately 3-4 times the profitability, regardless of headcount or asset size, provided they are profitable. I am open to stable, distressed, or turnaround opportunities, with a target closing timeline of 2 to 3 months, and prefer 1 to 2 months of seller transition. Financing will be mostly cash, with openness to seller financing or case-by-case mortgage/asset-backed loans.
