Investing in a Business

I am looking to buy a share and become a shareholder in a business. I am aiming for a partial investment with a 10–20% equity stake and expect dividends in the range of K1,000 to K3,000 every 3 to 6 months. I am particularly interested in businesses with 10 to 50 employees and am open to addressing operational challenges. Despite having no prior experience, I am willing to be actively involved in day-to-day operations to support growth and stability.
