* They are deal-size agnostic and open to both 100% acquisitions and minority equity investments where they can add strategic value.

* Speculative greenfield projects without existing cash flow or a clear timeline to operations.
Over-leveraged assets where the existing debt structure makes a turnaround financially unviable.
