I am a 32-year-old French man, and I will be travelling in Thailand from October 2026 to January 2027. I will be staying in Chiang Mai during part of my trip. For the moment, I am only interested in learning more about the business and the investment opportunity. I have expertise in the industrial sector, particularly in agri-food, and am knowledgeable about technical improvements. I am seeking to understand the evolution of potential companies and am currently gathering information.

I am looking for established and transparent businesses with real customers, proven revenues and sustainable growth potential. I am particularly interested in wellness, spa and massage, restaurants, tourism, hospitality, consumer products and animal nutrition. I prefer established businesses with an existing customer base rather than unproven ideas. I look for reasonable valuations, transparent financial records, low or manageable debt, strong local management and clear shareholder rights. I am interested in genuine equity investments with potential dividends and long-term growth. I am not interested in nominee arrangements, guaranteed returns or unclear investment structures.
I am seeking more information about a natural pet shampoo business in Chiang Mai and the possibility of an investor acquiring a 30% share in the company.
