We are looking for an opportunity to acquire an operating logistics company in ITALY (freight forwarder).
Criteria:
• Registered as an SRL (Società a responsabilità limitata).
• Registered business activities (ATECO) covering: forwarding, international transport, logistics services, warehousing, and customs clearance.
• Existing contracts with port operators and/or a network of agents.
• An in-house customs broker (spedizioniere doganale) would be a significant advantage.
• Office in Milan and presence in the ports of Genoa and Trieste would be preferable.
• Proven operating history and a positive reputation in the market are important.
• An active client base and a freight forwarder’s liability insurance policy would be considered a plus.
• Has experience in handling cargo flows from/to Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
We are open to proposals from both owners and consultants.
