I am looking to purchase a taxi company. To better assess the potential, I would assess a few factors before making a decision:
1. Does the company have all valid licenses and permits to operate?
2. Does the company have any debts or financial obligations (provide access to tax documentation) ?
3. Basic financial data on income and expenses for the last 2-3 years.
4. What is the condition of the vehicles, and are they owned by the company or leased?
5. Are there any signed contracts with agencies or other business partners?
I am open to acquiring either a majority or minority stake. I plan to manage the company myself and seek to complete the acquisition as soon as possible. I am currently focused only on taxi companies without specific requirements for fleet size or vehicle types.
