CRE Broker in London Seeking Education Businesses Upto GBP 10 million

We are a property development company. We have a client who is interested in schools. I am working with a leading education provider seeking opportunities across Europe and the Middle East.

We do not charge an upfront fee. We charge only a success fee after the deal closes.

Acquiring / Buying a Business, Investing in a Business, Buying Business Assets, Taking up a Franchise / Distributorship / Sales Agency, Take a Distributorship

Budget range – Open; We are willing to pay market value and can consider groups of any size, as well as individual assets, with no defined upper limit.
Preferred asset size – EBITDA of £500k+ ideally, although slightly lower may be considered where there is a clear growth trajectory. Turnaround situations are not of interest.
Tenure – Freehold or leasehold considered.
Education focus – Inclusive schooling is a key priority, supporting education for all children.
School type – Ideally all-through schools (Kindergarten to Sixth Form). If not, secondary schools are preferred; primary-only schools may be considered where there is a nearby secondary opportunity.
Growth potential – Must demonstrate clear growth potential, either through underutilised capacity or physical space for expansion (both would be a strong advantage)
Reputation – Strong existing reputation required.
Transaction structure – Open to majority stakes in certain circumstances, although a full acquisition is preferred.
