- Kabushiki Kaisha, not a GK.
- With a valid Kobutsusho license.
- Registered as a consumption taxpayer.
- Paid-in capital of at least Japanese Yen 5,000,000 (negotiable)
- No debts, clean history.
- Preferably with an open corporate bank account.
- Registered in Tokyo or nearby (not mandatory)
- Asking price and what is included in the deal such as legal support, transfer process, and so on. -
