Acquiring / Buying a Business

We are representing a foreign investor seeking to acquire a company in India, with particular interest in software firms, import and export businesses, and consulting companies. The investment budget is up to USD 600,000, with a minimum business valuation requirement of USD 400,000. Eligible companies must be at least three years old and maintain a minimum surplus and reserve of USD 350,000 on their balance sheet. Engagements are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The target time-frame for the investment or acquisition is within the next month.
