I am looking to invest AED 4-5 million to acquire high-quality existing businesses in the fitness and wellness industry, with a focus on expanding in Dubai and entering the Abu Dhabi market, as I am familiar with these markets. I am also open to shell and core units and prefer spaces of 2,000-5,000 square feet. I am not currently working with any advisors or intermediaries.
