Individual Buyer in Reykjavík Looking to Buyout Travel & Leisure and Travel Insurance Businesses Upto ISK 632 thousand

I worked as an operations assistant in a non-profit organisation. I am an Icelandic citizen, currently based in Reykjavík. I am seeking businesses to start a travel company. I am available to connect via my US number.

I am looking to acquire small tourism operators in Reykjavík and build a portfolio in the sector, so a Nordic-focused OTA with an established operator network is relevant to what I am already doing rather than a standalone bet.

Three questions before we go further:

1. Does the company hold a ferðaskrifstofuleyfi, an official travel agency license in Iceland from Ferðamálastofa, and would the license and its guarantee transfer with the sale?
2. Clarification on the reported sales against three full-time employees and how that is structured? I want to be sure I am reading the revenue figure correctly.
3. Are the 250 operator contracts formal agreements, and are any exclusive or subject to change-of-control terms?
