I am seeking to buy, operate, and grow a logistics business focused exclusively on freight forwarding. My preference is for a full buyout, with a budget of up to USD 6 million and no minimum. Target businesses should ideally be located in New York or New Jersey, as I am familiar with the location and markets. I am interested in companies with a team of up to 10 and at least 100 active customers. I am open to revenue and EBITDA, but prefer the seller to stay for up to 1 year to ensure a smooth handover.
