I favour businesses that are either owner-lite or come with a strong operational team that allows for semi-absentee ownership.
4. Growth or optimisation potential:
I am open to businesses with unrealised upside, better marketing, process improvement, or under-leveraged locations.
5. Location & demand:
For physical businesses (especially F&B or laundromats), I evaluate footfall, lease terms, customer demographics, and surrounding competition.
