We are a Chile-based real estate and architecture firm with 15 years of experience. We are focusing on land, hotelier buildings, and large projects mainly serving hotels for mining companies across all regions of the country. We manage deal sizes around USD 7 million and provide services including brokerage, architecture, excavation, customised construction, remodelling, design, and landscaping. We do not charge an upfront fee. We typically charge a success fee of about 3% which is adjustable depending on the type of transaction involved.
