Interested in acquiring majority stakes in dental clinics (and potentially other healthcare facilities such as hospitals and clinics) in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Al Ain. Plans to close an investment by 2026. Open to working with advisors but only on a success-fee basis up to 5% of transaction value and with no retainer fees.
