Start with a smaller display studio (300–500 sq ft), plan to expand. I can invest INR 20–30 lakh initially, plus INR 10–15 lakh for operations. I want to close the deal within 3–6 months. I prefer a lease a studio in Edappally with a team to start with 4–5 staff. My revenue goal is to reach ~INR 6 lakh/month net sales by month 6. I am flexible on in-house vs third-party design/install; open on brand type and price segment.
