I am interested in collaborating with 3 or 4-star hotels in Hyderabad through partnerships or joint ventures. I prefer properties with a minimum size of 1800 sq. yards, at least 80 feet of road access, and a clear plan for collaboration within a 1-year timeline. Investment capacity is up to INR 10 crore. I prefer businesses in Hyderabad, as the location is not a constraint.
