Although currently open to various industries, there is a keen interest in real estate and the hotel industry, specifically targeting an established hotel property near Barka Al Sawadi, close to Muscat. We intend to manage the acquired business personally. There is no requirement for assistance in the acquisition process as they have their legal and commercial consultants. The primary focus is on full ownership of businesses in the Muscat region and surrounding areas, as we have our business connections here.
