Preferred targets have annual revenue of 1-5 million EUR, at least 3 stakeholders aged 25+, a strong EBITDA margin of 12% or higher, and no tax debt. I prefer businesses that are favour-compliant, profitable, and with clean financial and tax records. I avoid companies with tax liabilities or weak profitability. I seek businesses with established production expertise, brand heritage, and supply chain, which represent an ideal partner for my growth strategy. My primary investment criteria and commitments are as follows:
- Financial capacity: I have dedicated capital readily available to support a smooth transaction, tailored to the valuation of the business.
- Growth vision: I plan to leverage our networks to optimise operations and potentially expand the brand's footprint internationally, while solidifying its position in the domestic market. I am seeking business without geographical constraints.
