I am an experienced investor and operator with approximately 45 years in the food and beverage industry, currently based in Kuala Lumpur. I have hands on experience managing and operating restaurants and cafes, as well as brand building for independent cafes and restaurants.

Investing in a Business

I prefer equity investments in independent cafes and restaurants located in high traffic areas with large surrounding communities and businesses. I am particularly interested in prime locations and am willing to invest more for such sites. I am also open to outlets that may require renovation, as my goal is to build and grow my own brand. My timeline to complete an investment is within about one month, and I have not specified any particular business types or conditions that I dislike.
