Prefers locations within 4- or 5-star hotels, either by renting space to build a new spa or buying existing businesses that already have trade licenses and trained staff. Look for facilities of about 150-200m with premium features such as Moroccan bath, Jacuzzi, and sauna. I seek to expand into Muscat by acquiring or developing spa facilities, bringing operational know-how, established processes, and quality standards from existing Dubai locations to improve performance and customer experience in new acquisitions.
