Acquiring / Buying a Business, Investing in a Business

I am seeking established and profitable businesses in Saudi Arabia with proven operations, recurring revenues, tangible assets, and clear potential for growth. Preference for manufacturing and B2B businesses with an experienced operational team and transparent financial records. I am seriously interested in exploring the acquisition of the entire business. Before arranging a visit or meeting, please provide me with the following information:
1. Does the price include the land and property on which the factory is located, or only the business and equipment?
2. A brief list of the equipment and assets included in the sale and their approximate value.
3. Actual sales and net profit for the years 2023, 2024, and 2025, and sales for 2026 to date.
4. The current actual number of employees and total monthly payroll.
5. Are there any loans, liabilities, employee entitlements, lawsuits, or other obligations against the company?
6. What is the actual reason for the sale?
7. Does the price include the business registration/entity, licenses, contracts, and current clients?
