I am an international buyer with over 13 years of experience in sales, business development, and customer management, currently based in Taipei, Taiwan. I am primarily looking for a small, actively operating business in Slovenia, preferably an existing d. o.o. available for a 100% share acquisition. I prefer businesses with an established operating history and at least one existing employee.

I am particularly interested in retail, food retail, cafés, light food businesses, e-commerce, trading and other straightforward service businesses. I prefer businesses with low fixed costs and no requirement to purchase expensive real estate.

I would like to avoid businesses that depend heavily on highly specialised technical skills, professional licences or complex manufacturing operations. Businesses being sold due to retirement, relocation or a change of career are particularly interesting to me.
