I am looking for investment opportunities in Maharashtra or Chennai, as I am familiar with these locations. I am specifically targeting businesses producing 50,000 valves per month and generating a turnover of approximately INR 3-4 crore per annum. I am seeking to initially acquire a 20% stake with plans to increase to a majority stake eventually. I am open to businesses with around 100 employees and a facility area of 20,000 square feet. Preferred financing is through a mix of 20% equity and 80% loan. I am flexible with certifications or approval requirements from the business.
