      4. With existing sales & marketing teams, back office support. Not necessary to have own logistics or warehouse.
      5. Existing sales should be sustainable in the coming years.
      6. Revenue below USD 10 million and EBITA > 25%
      7. Therapeutic segments focusing on Chinese proprietary medicine networks, CVS, CNS, respiratory, women's health, urology & oncology, specialty pharmaceuticals.
