Interests: - Active and functional business that generates stable revenue. - The business should also yield a fair ROI. - My client would like to know about the operational performance indicator data of the business, including the leasing of land and property and legal and jurisdiction terms. - Operational performance indicator data (plus supplemental support material if available – e. g., durational specific leases for continued non-conforming land usage, regulatory jurisdictional specific licensure/permissions, et cetera) for the last two challenging years ending in December 2020 and YTD, soon to be closing 2021. - Since the industry has been adversely affected by the Covid Pandemic and, assumedly, some competitive dynamics have been altered. We would like to confirm the comprehensive (i. e., “lock, stock, and barrel”) asking price and/or a third-party objectively projected valuation. - Operational facilities, inclusive of land, real properties (buildings, PPE, inventory) and the ongoing commercial operation to provide a more complete set of facts. - Whether there have been any significant changes in terms of visitor numbers or expenditure plus regulation and/or host community tolerance of activity variances.

Interests: Focused on acquiring 5-star hotel businesses globally, including interests from chains to exclusive luxury properties. Encompass regions such as Africa, Europe, North/South America, and Asia. Seek opportunities for clients, integrating both high-tier standards and boutique elegance. Essentially, assembling adept management for seamless property operations elevates our unique unification of lavish experiences with professional oversight.

Interests: The business must be operational and should be making over $10 Million a year. No government contractors.

Interests: I am drawn to food-centric industries, particularly cafes, bars, and restaurants where experiential dining and high foot traffic are unparalleled. In the areas of artisanal foods like ice cream parlors and health food stores, I value organic and niche offerings. Prefer extensive engagement through store ambiance. My focus is primarily on vibrant areas such as Miami and Jaco, as I am familiar with the location.

Interests: As a private trust, we work with a variety of non-banking entities, including, but not limited to, angel investors, venture capitalists, retirement funds, equity funds, etc. We work with creative solutions. Our lending and underwriting partners will require: - An appraisal, if CRE is involved (case by case), the title must be free & clear. - Last 2-3 years of tax returns. - Records of any outstanding debts, liens, etc. - Records to show the sustainability of the business. There are, at present, 3 core groups that our lending and underwriting focus on: 1. USA. - Must have one of the following. The more, the better: A/R of at least USD 50,000/month (case by case), combination of inventory/equipment, cashflow, and/or CRE of at least USD 500,000. Industries: Consumer goods, oil and gas, business services, staffing, distributors, transportation, manufacturing. 2. International. CRE, ground up construction, residential and housing developments, refineries, solar farms, wind farms, manufacturing plants, logistics and transportation related developments, power plants, green energy projects, data centres, condo projects, hospitality (hotels and resorts), stadiums, arenas, concert halls, and office towers. A/R 100,000/month (case by case), combination of inventory/equipment, cashflow, and/or CRE of at least USD 2 million. Costa Rica, specifically, must include CRE worth at least USD 100,000.
