High-margin SaaS (Software as a Service): Offers recurring revenue and is highly scalable. Niche e-commerce: Strong brand loyalty and direct-to-consumer relationships. Businesses I Dislike: Solely reliant on one person: The business's value disappears if the owner leaves. Low barriers to entry: Susceptible to intense competition and market volatility. Unclear financials or high debt: Indicates poor management and a high risk of failure.
