Most production is outsourced and manufacturing capacity is small scale for time being. - Our retail outlet is located inside one of the most upmarket malls of New Zealand which gives us exposure to high footfall every day. - We are on good terms with our raw material suppliers. For some products, we have local suppliers while for some products we import from the USA and India. - Our customers and clients are end-users, other retailers, and wholesalers. Between buying, selling, retail and wholesale, we complete an average of 200 transactions per month. - Business growth is 50-80% per year in terms of sales. We made NZD 700,000 in year 1, around NZD 1.1 million in year 2, around NZD 1.6 million in year 3, and around NZD 2.35 million in year 4.
