    Manufacture high-quality lighting fixtures and customized solutions for large lighting companies. - Our manufacturing is done in China and we distribute our solutions to over 30 countries. - With the government encouraging make in India initiative and large customers and ESP government insisting on make in India products, we have decided to set up an assembly unit in India to service Indian customers. - Due to benefits offered by government on import of SKD kits, the cost to customer is also lower. - Customers in India include major lighting players, although they import our products. - They now want to have it produced in India by us. - Seeking funds to set-up assembly unit in India. - We are anticipating a minimum 3 times revenue growth per annum by establishing our assembly unit in India. - We used to supply products through our Hong Kong unit earlier, investor will get a stake in our Indian unit/business which is a private limited company. - Promoter has over 35 years of industry experience. - Company is owned by 3 directors with 40:30:30 stake share.
