We are a start-up full-service hospitality company in Jamaica that is seeking to raise seed/equity capital of up US$150,000 for 18% or 18,000,000 shares of our company. Funds will be used for renting an office space in Kingston for at least 2 years as well as for hiring a Chief Legal Officer to our management team to successfully finalize current & future debt and joint venture financing offers. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - We have been approved for an investment loan of US$500 million from a private financing company in Bahrain and some of the seed capital raised will be used also to: 1. All Investors and shareholders will be paid dividends monthly, quarterly or annually from revenues or net profits according to their percentage of ownership in the company. Investors will be able to sell all or a portion of their shares back to us at US$1.00 per share.
