Interests: I am looking for cash-generative businesses that have the potential to expand through acquisition or businesses that require a strategic investment to unlock new growth opportunities. I am UK-based but would consider international opportunities. Sector agnostic, but targeting businesses in sectors with good fundamental growth tailwinds (GDP linked).

Interests: - High margins. - Healthy profit. - Successful operations. - Good track record. - The business should be in Asia, Europe or Australia, as we want to expand our portfolio in these locations.

Interests: The business should have a minimum of £500K EBITDA. The business must have a minimum of 5 employees. We consider the good factors in a business location is not a constraint.

Interests: I am an individual investor. I have already invested in 15 companies. Some of them are ready for IPO. I invest along with other like minded members and increases our investment capacity. I am Looking for good business opportunities to invest. Unique businesses with high growth, above industry margin with a prospective listing potential in the next 2-3 years are priority.

Interests: 1. I am seeking established, sector-agnostic businesses in the UAE with a 25% minimum EBITDA margin. 2. Company existence for at least 3 years with no legal disputes. 3. Investment only for the growth of the company and not to buy a stake in the company. 4. Promoters and the company are based in the UAE. 5. Open to both majority (up to 51%) and minority (minimum 25%) stakes, aiming for AED 50 K- 500 K investment range. 6. Prefer management involvement with voting rights in key decisions. 7. No industry exclusions, and keen on businesses where the owner and operations are UAE-based.

Interests: As a private trust, we work with a variety of non-banking entities, including, but not limited to, angel investors, venture capitalists, retirement funds, equity funds, etc. We work with creative solutions. Our lending and underwriting partners will require: - An appraisal, if CRE is involved (case by case), the title must be free & clear. - Last 2-3 years of tax returns. - Records of any outstanding debts, liens, etc. - Records to show the sustainability of the business. There are, at present, 3 core groups that our lending and underwriting focus on: 1. USA. - Must have one of the following. The more, the better: A/R of at least USD 50,000/month (case by case), combination of inventory/equipment, cashflow, and/or CRE of at least USD 100,000. Industries: Consumer goods, oil and gas, business services, staffing, distributors, transportation, manufacturing. 2. International. CRE, ground up construction, residential and housing developments, refineries, solar farms, wind farms, manufacturing plants, logistics and transportation related developments, power plants, green energy projects, data centres, condo projects, hospitality (hotels and resorts), stadiums, arenas, concert halls, and office towers. A/R 100,000/month (case by case), combination of inventory/equipment, cashflow, and/or CRE of at least USD 2 million. Costa Rica, specifically, must include CRE worth at least USD 100,000.

Interests: Before investing or acquiring, we look for businesses with strong cash flow, scalable operations, regulatory compliance, and market growth potential. We prefer sectors like aviation manufacturing (especially private jet assembly partnerships) and export-ready tobacco manufacturing. We avoid highly volatile, over-regulated sectors with shrinking margins like traditional retail or politically sensitive industries without a clear legal footing. We are looking to invest to enter the European market.

Interests: I am interested in buying or partnering with small or medium enterprises with a negative or positive cash flow if it has got the potential.

Interests: Telecom, Infrastructure, Software, Technology, Service, Retail and others. Looking for a good opportunity with high EBITDA.
