Interests: Clients and sustainability is the most important factor for us while looking for any acquisition. Turnover is also a major factor. We like businesses with huge future expansion scope. Dislike businesses with too much competition.

Interests: I am looking for ethical, non-alcoholic, non-gambling businesses / startups to invest. More importantly, the key stakeholders need to be dynamic, passionate and knowledgeable. Open to considering opportunities across Asia, USA and Europe as I have invested in these locations previously. Apart from UK, I have also worked in Malaysia and have contacts there who would guide me along this process.

Interests: We are fundamentally focused and our lending preference is to invest in companies with strong business model, experienced management, current revenue growth and its drivers, profitability, valuation attractiveness, market leadership position assets, etc.

Interests: - Company must be existing and should generate a positive cash flow. - A good cash flowing business that can keep running without involvement where the owner simply wants a retirement exit plan. Or. - A business where my team and I can partner with existing management to help restructure and help grow by augmenting and supplement growth, in addition, to simply cash acquisition whether by introducing customers, modifying supply chain, or financial reengineering. - Larger companies: Strong free cash flow generation and strong management teams looking for an exit with an earn-out for five years. - Smaller companies: Strong business that generates good cash and has healthy margins but needs growth capital. - Preference will be given to companies that needs access to China or North American (Canada & USA) markets. We have extensive access to both governmental and top corporates in these markets.

Interests: 1. We have two distinctive acquisition strategies. - On the first is a distressed strategy, where we seek underperforming business units where reputation and timing are critical- perhaps due to Covid related pressure. We will look at all sectors with revenues between EUR 30 million and EUR 400 million; however, we will consider most sectors, and we typically seek to invest in equity between EUR 10 million and EUR 100 million. 2. Here are key highlights of the investment criteria: - Distressed situations, operational restructuring, recovering revenues post Covid. - Business revenues between EUR 30- EUR 400 million. - Preferred assets on the balance sheet, profitable pre Covid. - Buyout banks from their loans to the business & invest alongside existing shareholders, and management participation. 3. As there is generally no financing needed, we can close the transaction quickly. 4. On the second strategy, we look for stable and profitable businesses where the owners would like to exit. These businesses will have a solid management team in place which can use capital to execute a growth plan post ownership transfer. - Here are some highlights for this acquisitions profile: - Revenues between EUR 100 million - EUR 700 million. - EUR 10 - EUR 200 million equity check (EUR 40 million - EUR 70 million sweet spot) - Invest alongside existing shareholders and management participation.

Interests: We are interested in both a start up business and a well established business that are creative and innovative.

Interests: Profitable. Value for money. Reason for selling. Establishment year. Number of clients.

Interests: - Established business with growth potential and a positive revenue run rate. - I will invest in my own personal capacity. The business should be solid with an excellent business model. - I am interested in these locations due to the huge scope of growth and excellent opportunity. I also have people that can arrange resources in these locations.

Interests: Interested in a business that has good products or services and has a good potential to grow. The potential annual revenue should be around MYR 180,000. The business should be in Vietnam, as the labour cost is low there.

Interests: We are looking for software, IT, advertising, media and healthcare services companies, best if there is healthcare related portfolio. Cash profit, established for at least 3 years, established SOPs and audited statements. The business should be in Malaysia, as the locations of Malaysia are easily accessible to us.

Interests: Strong growth profile, retention, scalability and path to profitability.

Interests: We are interested in investing in businesses across various industries such as apparel, electronics, energy, healthcare, technology, and more. We are particularly keen on finding businesses in England, the United States, Netherlands, Asia, and Cyprus, as we already have portfolios in these locations. We are looking for companies with a loyal team, a clear product vision, and a proven track record of successful execution.

Interests: I am looking for businesses with a focus on social impact, sustainability, and making a positive impact - all in a profitable venture.
