    Manpower Supply Company Seeking Loan in Salmiya, Kuwait

    Real estate broker and manpower supply consultancy in Kuwait is looking for investors to expand property management services.
    Business is involved in property buy and sell, consultancy services, manpower supply, property management services. - Also, have a branch office in the Philippines and we offer the same services there as well. - Planning to take on residential development projects in the Philippines in the future. This is to grow the business and diversify our services into multiple fields. - Due to pandemic, it is difficult to manage the business so we are seeking a loan to run the existing business. - Have 12 clients for property management services. - For manpower consultancy, we have 200 clients but we do not have contracts with them, they reach us when they need candidates. - Candidates are under the company's payroll. - We place 10-15 candidates per month. - Majority of the revenue is from manpower consultancy followed by property management. - We charge a commission from property management clients and also for consultancy services. - Business has been temporarily stopped due to Covid situation and we will resume soon. - Physical assets include furniture and computers.
