We are an online residential real estate agency startup, based in Jakarta. - A platform where users can generate income by selling, informing about properties for sale, searching and collaborating. - Revenue is generated through charging the sellers for property listings. - We have partnered with the biggest local banks for mortgage and we charge the banks 2 to 3% commission of the property price. - For rental brokerage, we charge 5 to 10% commission off the price. - We just started digital brokerage, where we generate revenue by charging 20% commissions from sharing and selling leads to agents & developers and other service fees such as e-signature & escrow service. - Till date, we have 60k+ property listings, 60k+ prospective buyers, 2.8k+ property agents and 10+ bank partners. - The business has Akte PT, NIB, and NPWP registrations. - There are approx. 15 permanent employees, who are owners, directors, admin staff, agents, and tech employees.
