- Real estate construction company that has completed 2 full-fledged projects and successfully delivered 100+ projects as a contractor. - We now have an upcoming project of 1.5 lakh sq. ft. built-up area in Pimple Nilakh, Wakad Road, Pune. - This will be a 100% residential project with 52 units. This project is being done as a JV with the land owner. - The total saleable area in the developer's share will be 75,000 sq. ft and the investor will receive the area at a discounted rate of 20%. The current ongoing market rate in the surrounding projects is about INR 8,500/sq. ft on saleable at the time of launch. - The director of this company has over 27 years of experience in this industry. - We are a RERA-registered construction company. - Once we get the investment, the project will commence within 3-4 months of that and will be completed in 3 years or as per RERA rules.

- Our business is essentially a real estate company based in Pune and having 4 ongoing projects. - We have completed over 16 residential and commercial projects within a duration of 10 years. - Labour and machinery are hired on a contract basis as per the type and size of the project. We do not have in-house labour and machinery support. Compensation for outsourcing varies between projects. - Average lifetime of a project is 3 years. - Currently, we are completing a commercial real estate project which is an 11 storey building with over 260 flats. - The funds from the business loan will be dispersed for working capital requirements and commencing phase two of the same project. - The payment from these projects will be received in instalments over the course of completion.
