The club is being established to acquire and reposition an existing beachfront hospitality property in Ibiza. The property has been vacant for a period, and historical trading revenue is therefore not being relied upon in the investment case. The founder will take a hands-on role in operating the business, bringing 8 years of experience as Managing Director in Cardiff and London, where he operated a 250-capacity venue and managed teams of up to 15 staff. He also has extensive experience in hospitality, leisure, entertainment, music and events, including more than 25 years in the sector and professional experience in Ibiza. The strategy is to renovate, reposition and rebrand the property, combining premium restaurant and bar operations, VIP experiences, music, events and beachfront hospitality. The £4 million funding requirement will cover the £2.5 million freehold acquisition, £500,000 renovation and rebranding, £500,000 initial working capital and £500,000 contingency/project reserve.
