Schools Seeking Loan in Pune

Company runs an eLearning platform for students from 1st to 12th standard. We have 5,000 registered students on the portal. - About 40% of students on our website are from poor family and we do not charge fees from them. We also supply books and stationary to those kids at free of cost. - All the courses on our website are as per Maharashtra State Board, CBSE and ICSE boards. We have a dedicated team for designing courses. - Have tie-ups with 3 schools to collect student's data in order to on-board them on our website. - Have a total of 400 permanent employees of which about 250+ employees take care of back office work. - Seeking funds to construct a school in Dhule (Maharashtra). We have already acquired a land of 5.5 acres. - The land is vacant at the moment and we will construct a building of 6 floors. Picture attached in the profile is of the land in Dhule. - Total construction cost will be INR 150 crore and we have already raised INR 60 crore. - Our school will provide education for students from 1st to 12th standard and we will follow CBSE curriculum. We are in the process to acquire the approval from CBSE board. - Apart from education, we will also provide extracurricular activities including military training and horse riding. - Our company is currently under loss but we have working capital to meet salary and other overhead expenses. - Our future plan is to construct multiple schools across India.

We offer ICSE / CBSE syllabus based tuition programs for students in high school. - Also offer Abacus classes and coaching programs in English and Mathematics. - At present, we train nearly 200 students with around 150 students coming to our coaching center. - We offer home-based classes for the remaining students. - Only offer services to students in Pune. - Intend to set up an international school with ICSE syllabus. - Are yet to apply for the required approvals but have already identified a 250,000 sq. ft. plot to set up the school on. - The loan raised will be used to acquire the land which in-turn will be offered as collateral to the investor. - School can be set up and be operational within 2.5 years of securing the investment.
