Our school provides IB programs to K-12 students. We operate two schools located in Singapore and China respectively. The school in Singapore was established in 1981 and the school in China was established in 1993. The number of students in Singapore and China are 600 and 450 students respectively. The students who graduate from our school transit to top 100 universities globally.

We provide classes from nursery till senior kindergarten currently and are registered to provide classes till the 5th grade. We are upgrading our registration to provide classes till the 8th grade. - Have 65 students enrolled currently. - The school has 6 classrooms and we have hired 6 teachers and 2 non teaching staff members. We also have 1 PE trainer. - Have accepted 25 students this year. - Our students pay INR 1,000/monthly on average. We have 5,000 registered students on the portal. - About 40% of students on our website are from poor family and we do not charge fees from them. We also supply books and stationary to those kids at free of cost. - All the courses on our website are as per Maharashtra State Board, CBSE and ICSE boards. We have a dedicated team for designing courses. - Have tie-ups with 3 schools to collect student's data in order to on-board them on our website. - Have a total of 400 permanent employees of which about 250+ employees take care of back office work. - Seeking funds to construct a school in Dhule (Maharashtra). Have enrolled more than 150 students currently. - School has not accepted admissions for play school to UKG students this year due to the ongoing pandemic. - Current property has 8 classrooms and 2 offices. Library (300+ books) and playground facilities are also available. - The size of the teaching staff is 10 and we have 2 workers involved in maintenance. - We are conducting online classes for the students currently. - We charge INR 25,000 for students from playschool to UKG and INR 30,000 for students from 1st standard to 5th standard. Fees are collected annually. - The school regularly communicates to the students and parents via Facebook. We also upload pictures and intimate information regarding our admission procedure via Facebook. - Due to some disputes with the franchisor, we have terminated the agreement. We are changing the business' name and logo as a result.

Pre-school, training center and primary school in Hiriyuru. - Operations began 3 years ago as a franchise preschool then started vocational training and the primary school was started a few months back. - Franchise for the preschool is valid for 3 years and it can be renewed after expiry. Franchisor charges monthly royalty. - We have 63 kids in preschool, 8 students in vocational training and 22 students in primary school. - We follow state syllabus for the primary school. - As the vocational training and primary school were started recently, the majority of our revenue comes from preschool. - Business owns the land, furniture, social media accounts and miscellaneous items.

We offer ICSE / CBSE syllabus based tuition programs for students in high school. - Also offer Abacus classes and coaching programs in English and Mathematics. - At present, we train nearly 200 students with around 150 students coming to our coaching center. - We offer home-based classes for the remaining students. - Only offer services to students in Pune. - Intend to set up an international school with ICSE syllabus. - Are yet to apply for the required approvals but have already identified a 250,000 sq. ft. plot to set up the school on. - The loan raised will be used to acquire the land which in-turn will be offered as collateral to the investor. - School can be set up and be operational within 2.5 years of securing the investment.
