Ours is a well established brand, operating in food industry for more than 5 decades. Our brand is the synonym of Food in North India. We are already running a world renowned restaurant and started the snack manufacturing division as part of our diversification strategy. This snack manufacturing unit will complement our existing food business. We also won the award of the Best Manufacturing Company (Small) in the presence of state Chief Minister and other dignitaries. Our plant is located at a place where there is no power shortage and we are covered under Subsidy Scheme of Uttarakhand Government under Hill Policy Scheme 2008 as well as Grant from MOFPI (Ministry of Food Processing Industries. Fund raised will also be used to retire the current debt of Rs. 2.3 CR that was taken to set up our plant. We will set up an additional potato chips plant which constitutes the largest market share within the snack food industry. For the new plant we will be eligible for capital & revenue subsidy from the state government. Snack food industry is a fast moving product. Our focus will be on the volume growth. Going forward our projections is that we will be clocking sales of Rs 18-20 crores per year easily with the fund raising that we plan to do.
