    Upcoming commercial pilot training school started by an aero sports company seeks funds.
    - Company establishing a commercial pilot training school under the Atmanirbhar Bharat scheme. - We have invested about INR 3+ crore in the acquisition of three Cessna aircraft. - The pilot training school will have an annual enrollment of 50 students where each student will be charged about INR 45 lakh for the entire course. - The planes will be parked in a 5,000 sq. m. hangar at Belagavi Airport (yet to be acquired/leased). - Teaching staff and admin staff have been selected and will be on the payroll within the next 2 months. - No bank loans in the name of this company. - Shareholding pattern: four shareholders have a 22.5% stake, and two shareholders own a 5% stake each. - We have a history with aviation and operate another entity that is involved in aero sports.
