We streamline the process by offering beautiful, fully furnished properties to clientele. Each customer can purchase 1/10 ownership up to 5/10 ownership. Each property is held by an independent corporate structure. We manage the entire process end-to-end at zero acquisition cost. In return, we charge a 35% upfront fee on each Airbnb property sold and earn a 20% monthly revenue share from the rental income, ensuring seamless operations and aligned long-term returns.
