We provide a smarter way to acquire vacation homes, allowing customers to purchase what they need while still growing equity. Streamline the process by offering beautiful, fully furnished properties to clientele. Each customer can purchase 1/10 ownership up to 5/10 ownership. Each property is held by an independent corporate structure. We manage the entire process, including resales of shares onto the market and rental management. Our business efficiently generates high sales with a lean workforce due to a streamlined and highly targeted approach. With a 35% markup on property shares, our sales process is optimized through social media advertising and broker referrals, ensuring a continuous flow of interested clients. Rather than requiring a large team, our operation is designed for efficiency—leads are directed straight to our sales expert and the promoter, allowing for quick conversions without the overhead of a large staff. For instance, we acquire a property at $150K, enhance it with furnishings, and strategically market it. The property is then divided into 10 ownership shares, each sold for a total of $210K plus setup costs. The resulting margin represents our revenue, demonstrating how we maximize profitability while maintaining a lean operational structure. Given that we sell 2-3 properties per month, this workflow remains highly manageable even with a small staff.
