Clients co-own each property and receive monthly payouts, while we handle all on-ground operations, making investing as simple as a click of a button. Investors benefit from shared ownership, equity appreciation, global diversification, and the flexibility to sell or trade their stake in the property. We streamline the process by offering beautiful, fully furnished properties to clientele. Each customer can purchase 1/10 ownership up to 5/10 ownership. Each property is held by an independent corporate structure. We manage the entire process end-to-end at zero acquisition cost. In return, we charge a 35% upfront fee on each Airbnb property sold and earn a 20% monthly revenue share from the rental income, ensuring seamless operations and aligned long-term returns.
